I own 4 Switcheasy iPhone 3G cases, and this is by far the best. Now, ALL Switcheasy cases are great, but this one is unique in the fact that the silicon seems stronger and thicker, but the real winning aspect of this case is in the rib construction. My other two Rebel cases have the slick rib shiny surface, it seems to scratch real easy, this one DOES NOT scratch. I have had it for a month now and no scratches at all. Great case, simply awesome. Don't hesitate to buy this case.

After watching my wife drop her iphone onto our stained concrete floor merely days after receiving it as her birthday gift, I realized that as soon as I decided to get one for myself, a good sturdy case was a must purchase on day one. I went to various brick and mortar stores to view their offerings, but I found most to be either lacking in the features department, or absurdly expensive for the product being offered. After turning my search over to Amazon.com, I came across one of the most unique looking and feature-rich cases in the SwitchEasy Rebel Serpent. The case provides a nice soft surround to cradle the phone and a hard cover to protect the back and edges in case of impact. The hybrid case provides everything one would need in order to protect their iphone investment and it looks damn good doing it. I have received numerous complements on my cover and proudly display it whenever my phone is out of my pocket. I have not had any problems with excessive lint attaching itself to the case. When applying the included protective screen, be sure that the surface of the phone is completely clean or problems with bubbles will arise. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about this case.

Pros:

Integration of soft shell with a hard case makes for great protection of the phone. It covers all the major "accident-prone" spots on the phone... i.e. corners, chrome parts.

Very stylish, makes everyone jealous of you. However if you do not like people wanting to hold your phone and looking at it, this case is probably not for you then.

Easy to put on. When I put it on it took me about 2 minutes.

Cons
If you have a screen protector it is really hard to not have it bubble with this case.
As in other reviews the part the plugs into the phone is really easy to lose.
Makes the phone a little bit bigger so you can't fit it in holsters and other belt cases.

Overall a really good case, very nice looking. I'll definitely be looking at other cases from this company.

This case is phenomenal. I've purchased a dozen or so different iPhone cases (don't judge me) and this ranks as my #1. No other case Ive tried offers this level of protection, without adding considerable bulk. I cannot recommend this product enough. If you're looking for a case, buy this or the iskin solo and call it a day.

I waited a long time for this. Ordered on Jun 18 and finally got it today but...the wait was worth it. It is VERY nice and it looks like they fixed the complaints people had about the earlier version of this case. We probably had to wait so long while they figured out how to fix it.

Comes with everything, 2 screen protectors, micro-fiber wipe, video stand, connector protector, and universal dock adapter.

Seems like a great deal to me.

Feels good in the hand, kind of a combination of slippy and grippy depending on which part you touch.

Looks real good!

And was easy to install...

Best case I found, look, feel, fit, and protection is tops. I am a rough and dirty person. I put A Zagg invisible shield on front only. Together they protect the phone from me. Its not water proof but I also couldn't find bullet proof eyeglasses. The water resistant cases I looked at were bulky and cost twice as much. After going through 3 iPhones because of buttons falling off (thats another issue altogether) I decided it was time to get a case.
I searched through tons of different cases, nit-picking specs and features and scrutinizing even the smallest details. I didn't want a soft silicon type case because, although they are pretty low-profile and do a fair job of protecting I find you are ultimately going to end up with a dirty looking case. The fibers from your pockets or lint from your bag tend to stick very easily to them. I viewed a few of the other hard plastic cases; such as the Incase and Agent 18 and while they are both very nice alternatives I found after reading reviews from others that there's a possibility of scratching because of how tight they are. Also the two piece sliding design turned me off.
The Rebel is just about perfect. the only criticism I have, and its minor, is that the bottom of the case, just above the charger port, seems to be slightly soft. What I mean is that there is a little flex in it. I assume it needs to be there in order to actually slip it onto the phone.
Overall I'd say SwitchEasy has hit a homerun with this one and I would highly recommend it.

This is easily the BEST iPhone 3G/3Gs case I have ever seen or held. I purchased this day one after receiving my iPhone 3GS in the mail. Although it took about 2 months before I actually received this case since the order, it was well worth it!

PROS:
-Different colors for CapsuleRebel(although the RebelSerpent edition is only in White or Black)
-Sturdy, Snug, Comfortable
-Feels well built and expensive
-Protects scratches on screen
-Looks out of this world
-Feels good to hold in the hand
-Covers the buttons as well
-Comes with video stand, dock port cover, screen protector x2, dock expansion, screen wipe cloth
-iPhone is still smaller than your standard "wide form" post-it notes

CONS:
-Rubber is sturdy but still can kind of peel out(not super tight)
-No earphone jack cover
-Due to the hybrid rubber/plastic form it can still get some lint on it in your pockets

Other than that, I have NOTHING else to complain about. I have been using it for a week now and I absolutely recommend this to anyone with an iPhone 3g/3gs. Definately worth the $26 dollars I spent vs getting a cheap one from Target/Apple Store/Best Buy etc... for $15.

I bought this case with the matching Vision2 beltclip. Have had it for about a month now and I'm fully satisfied with both. Case covers all parts of the phone, even the buttons for added protection yet does not hinder the buttons functionality. I would buy this case again.
